How do I clear the -C- on the display after cleaning?

The -C- on the display is your purifier's reminder that it's time for a cleaning. After you clean it, the unit needs a quick reset so it knows it's clean.

How to reset

Press and hold the power button until you hear 2 beeps. Let go on the second beep, then give the unit 3 to 5 minutes to recalibrate.

If your model came with a remote, you can also press and hold "Reset" on the remote for 6 seconds.

The -C- came back right away. What now?

Make sure every part is fully dry and seated correctly, then reset again. If the -C- keeps coming back, reach out and we'll take a closer look.
