Why is my air purifier making noise?

Modified on Wed, 4 Nov at 11:48 AM

Most noises come from debris stuck on the collecting plates or buildup on the wire frame, or from parts that were put back while still damp.

Quick fixes to try

  1. Clean the collecting plates, pre-filter and wire frame (see the cleaning video for your model).
  2. Let the collecting plates dry completely, at least 24 hours.
  3. Reassemble carefully so the contact pin goes through the small hole in the rubber sleeve.
  4. Use this guide to find which filter is causing the noise: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1WCwur1fGtcllOWqQnQJ8ujWUZ6tVAyF8/view?usp=drive_link
