Can I pay with my HSA or FSA card?

Yes! Many Airdog products are HSA/FSA eligible through our partner Flex, so you can use pre-tax dollars. Depending on your tax bracket, that's a net savings of about 30 to 40%.

How do I check out with HSA/FSA?

1. Add your products to the cart as usual.
2. If you're logged in to Shop Pay, choose "checkout as guest" (or use an incognito window). Otherwise the HSA/FSA option won't appear.
3. Under Payment, select "Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA."
4. Complete the short health questionnaire for a Letter of Medical Necessity (LOMN), which most plans need for reimbursement.
5. Enter your HSA or FSA card. If you qualify, Flex emails your Letter of Medical Necessity and an itemized receipt, usually within 24 hours.

I don't have my HSA/FSA card handy

You can still select "Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA" and pay with a regular credit card. Flex will email you an itemized receipt to submit to your plan for reimbursement.

Why was my HSA/FSA card declined?

HSA/FSA cards are debit cards, so the most common reason is not enough funds. Check your balance with your plan administrator. Paying with more than one HSA/FSA card isn't supported; you can pay with a credit card through Flex instead and submit the receipt.

I didn't get my receipt or Letter from Flex

Check your spam folder for email from notifications@withflex.com. If it's not there, email support@withflex.com with the email address on your order. If your name or date of birth is wrong on the letter, support@withflex.com can reissue it.

My HSA/FSA claim was denied, or my plan needs more information

Forward your plan's response to support@airdogusa.com and we'll work with Flex on next steps. Employer FSA plans can set their own rules, so we recommend checking with your plan before you buy.

Is sales tax covered?

Yes, sales tax on eligible items can be paid with HSA/FSA funds. Keep your Letter of Medical Necessity on file for at least 3 years in case of an IRS audit.
