How do I clean the collecting plates?

1. Unplug the unit and remove the collecting plates.
2. Wash them with soap and water, spraying both the front and back until the dirt rinses out. You can also run them through the dishwasher at 176°F (80°C). Only the plates go in the dishwasher, never the whole unit.
3. Let them dry completely, at least 24 hours. Place a paper towel under them to check that no water drips out.
4. Reinstall the plates, then reset the unit to clear the -C-.
