How do I return or exchange my Airdog? When will I get my refund?

We hope you love your Airdog, but if it's not the right fit, returning or exchanging it is simple.

What is the return window?

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to start a return. Products should be in good physical condition, with all the accessories that came with them.

Can I return after 30 days?

We review extended returns case by case. Within 60 days a 25% restocking fee applies; within 90 days, a 30% restocking fee. Returns aren't accepted after 90 days.

How do I start a return or exchange?

1. Open the portal and look up your order.
2. Choose the item and tell us why you're returning or exchanging it.
3. Follow the steps to get your return label, then pack the unit (with all accessories) and drop it off.

Do I pay for return shipping?

When will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and approved, your refund is processed within 1 to 3 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Good to know

• Returned products that are damaged by misuse or missing parts may be charged a 50% fee.
• Opening a payment dispute or chargeback voids the 30-day return policy.
• Use the return address on your return label.
