Where is my order? Shipping and tracking

Modified on Wed, 4 Nov at 12:13 PM

When will my order ship?

Each product page shows an estimated ship date. When your order ships, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Depending on the product, that email can take up to 7 business days to arrive.

How is it shipped?

Orders to the US and Canada ship from the United States, usually by UPS, USPS or FedEx. Shipping in the continental US is free and typically takes 2 to 5 days once shipped. Shipping costs for other destinations are shown at checkout.

How do I track my package?

Use the tracking number in your shipping email on our tracking page: https://airdogusa.com/pages/order-tracking

My tracking says "unavailable"

Don't worry. Tracking doesn't always update right away. It usually starts updating within a few business days once the carrier scans the package.

My package was lost or stolen

If you added XCover shipping protection at checkout, you can file a claim with XCover for a package that was lost or stolen in transit: https://www.xcover.com/en-us/claim

If you didn't add XCover, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier.

Still can't find your order?

Reply to your order email or contact us with your order number, and we'll look it up for you.

Still need help?

We're real people and we're happy to help. Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm Pacific. Email support@airdogusa.com or call 1-800-958-9609 (toll-free), and we'll reply within 1 business day. It helps to include your order number, which Airdog you have, and a photo or short video if something isn't working right.
