Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Contact us as soon as you can with your order number, by email at support@airdogusa.com or by phone at 1-800-958-9609, and we'll take care of it.

If your order hasn't shipped yet

We'll cancel it and refund your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 1 to 3 business days, and your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

If your order has already shipped

Let us know you'd like to cancel, then simply refuse the delivery when the carrier arrives. The package will be sent back to us. Please note that a 15% cancellation fee applies to orders that are already in transit.

Once the refused package is back with us, your refund (minus the 15% fee) is processed within 1 to 3 business days to your original payment method.
